Getting your rental equipment reserved and picked up couldn’t be easier….
PLACE YOUR ORDER
You can place your order online from our rental catalog, or email us an order or list, or give us a call. Or if you are in town, stop on by and we can take your order in person. Email is usually best for a longer list, and calling will get the fastest response if you are in a time crunch!
We will respond back to any type of order request in less than one business day… if it takes longer with that, something went wrong and we didn’t get your order. Call us and we’ll make it right.
RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
We’ll respond back to your order with a reservation generated from our system. It will be emailed to the email address you provide us.
The reservation will include a link for secure payment to confirm the reservation. We’ll also send over a rental agreement that you can email back or bring when you pick up.
For orders involving cinema cameras and lenses, larger generators, vehicles, or dangerous or expensive items, we may also require insurance. Contact us for more details.
GET YOUR GEAR
Pick up your gear at your shop on reservation day. We’ll be happy to help you load it up. If there are any remaining paper items or you want to make some changes, we’ll take care of it at that time.
If it’s not convenient to come to our shop during business hours, we have a few additional options –
AFTER HOURS PICKUP – We have an after hours pickup and return system to allow you to pickup and return gear 24/7, 365 days a year. Just let us know when placing your order and we’ll provide the details.
WE DELIVER – We are happy to deliver to set. Let us know the specifics and we can provide a quote.
RATES AND RENTAL PERIOD
Rates shown or quoted are “day rates”, meaning for a complete day of shooting. Let’s say you are shooting on a Tuesday. You can pick up the equipment the afternoon beforehand (Monday afternoon), shoot all day Tuesday, and return the gear to us before noon on Wednesday, and we would count that as one day. We also offer a weekly rate equal to three times the day rate. (“A three day week”). Additional discounts may apply to longer rentals.
DO I NEED TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
We do ask for a credit card to secure your reservation and may need a card for a deposit. We are happy to refund the amount back to your card when the rental is returned if you prefer to pay by cash or check. Customers with long-term insurance on file and certain large corporate clients may be eligable for payment terms. Contact us for more information.
DO I NEED INSURANCE? IF SO, CAN YOU HELP ME GET IT?
Certain items do require insurance, such as vehicles, cinema cameras and lenses, and other items that are either expensive or dangerous. Our requirement are similar to other rental houses.
If you wish to rent an item that requires insurance but you do not have insurance, we can help! We have a few different ways of solving the problem depending on you need. Give us a call and we’ll walk you through your options.
